Welcome to our website. This project is a collaboration between me and my father. It started with my father’s glass display case of Westerner memorabilia. I was asked to document the collection and noticed that a story often accompanied each item. Additionally, I found many pieces which rarely or never appeared online – a faux alligator wallet, a silver slot machine plaque, a casino credit card, and more.
We have three primary goals:
- Discover new memorabilia.
- Document a timeline of events from opening date to closing date.
- Share family history with roots in vintage Las Vegas.
